Learning in lockdown: A case study in rapid transition to remote teaching

Disruption is the by-word for 2020. Across globe organisations have been affected by COVID-19 pandemic and consequent lockdowns, which accelerated new ways of working learning. In this article, I share my experience transitioning from a face-to-face model delivering post-graduate education to remote learning model. reflect on how corporate sector might learn as it considers re-skilling up-skilling workforce meet demands faced changing jobs landscape.
